Overview
This Course is designed exclusively to provide End-to-End Mentoring & Assistance for driving Six Sigma Project, starting from Identification till its Completion.
Highlights
The assistance is generally provided in three ways- 1. Online Sessions, 2. Project Start-Up Kit and 3. Experts Guidance.
Our Six Sigma Expert conducts Multiple Online Live Sessions of 1.5-2 hours each during a span of 3 months, generally at the beginning of every phase of DMAIC/ DMADV methodology of Six Sigma Implementation. The sessions are meant to deliver how to practically act at every phase while implementing the project.
Moreover, there is a special session on ‘Project Charter’ in line with the specific project under concern.
The trainees can ask their queries over email which will be addressed by our Experts within 24-48 hours.
We will also provide a Project Start-Up Kit including Pre-Designed Forms, Templates, Charter, MS-Excel Sheets, etc necessary for documenting the Project Progress.

Eligibility
Any Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt willing to gain more practical insights of Six Sigma Tools & Techniques can enrol for this program.
Project is a team activity hence it is always advisable to have a group of minimum 3 members working on the same project.
Certification Process
The members of the project need to submit their Six Sigma Project in the prescribed format for the assessment by our Experts including Certified Master Black Belts.
After the assessment of the project, every member of the Project needs to appear for Personal Interview (Telephonic), post which 'Six Sigma Functional Certificates' to every member.
Duration
The duration of e-Six Sigma Project Assistance Course varies from project to project. We ensure to timely completion of the project aligned with the projected outcomes.
Generally, a Project takes 3 to 6 months to complete depending upon its nature & scope.
